Improving Thailand’s Prevention Measures on Corruption

This report was developed under the joint project between the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the office of National Anti-Corruption Commission (ONACC), which is supported by the UK Government, ASEAN Economic Reform Programme through the UNDP Project “FairBiz – Promoting a Fair Business Environment in ASEAN”.

The report provides an analysis and recommendations for Thailand to effectively prevent corruption and reflect such improvement in the form of better international indicator scores including in Transparency International’s (TI) Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), which is a key performance indicator (KPI) of the Thai National Strategy.

This document consists of the following: (1) an overview of project activities and results; (2) recommendations for ONACC and how UNDP can assist going forward including the four-step action plan to improve National Anti-Corruption measures and the country’s performance in the international indices.
